Shipping Locations
As world lovers we couldn't not ship worldwide! No matter where you are Fear The Ordinary will come to you.
The only destinations where, to date, we are sadly unable to ship are: Afghanistan, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libia, Sudan, Siria e Corea del Nord.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost can vary based on the delivery destination. For most European countries the shipping cost is less than 6€.
All European Order have free shipping from 150€, while orders coming from outside Europe can enjoy free shipping from 180€.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depends based on your locations :
Europe : 6-12 days
Rest of the world : 8-14 days
Note: Production time is included. Delivery times can change or take more time due to unexpected events.
Carbon Offsetting
For every order we pay a little fee that will finance certified green projects around the world. These green projects such as solar panels, reforestation programs or natural parks protection will offset the carbon emissions of your shipping.
Some brands let the customers pay for this fee but it's not our case. As bussiness is our duty to offset the emissions of the shipping, that's why the fee is completely on us.
Plastic Free
Our packages are 100% plastic free. They are made with biodegradable materials and/or compostable plant-based materials.
You can enjoy what there's inside and don't worry about the outside.
Product Care
How to take care of products
Our products are made to last. They are thought to be a product that will stay with you long time, always being with you in your adventures and daily activities. If you want to know how to better take care of them, here you will find some instructions.
Hoodies
Basic instructions : Wash with similar colours, do not iron on print, wash and iron inside out.
For a longest life :
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
- Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
- Do not dry clean.
T-Shirts

Our prices are set in Euro (€), by browsing our store in different currencies, you are simply viewing the conversion from Euro (€) to your selected currency, at the latest avaible exchange rates.
Our prices in Euro (€ ) won't vary day by day, but the exchange rates can.
In any case we will always receive the same amount on Euro (€), which is the price decided for the selected product. It's at your own preferences to decide if you want to browse the site in the default currency (Euro€) or doing it with your local or favorite currency.

Orders
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.Ask your local post office if they have your package.Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.
My packaging looks opened ?
It can happens that custom officers, while doing sample checks, may open up your package.
In these cases the package will be re-packed by the carrier and shipped at you. If you notice anything wrong in your package contact us and let us know.
